Honestly the joke is on me for paying $28 for a cheese claw clip that I later googled and found I could buy on Amazon for $10 or SHEIN for $5. The merchandising is great but you are absolutely getting ripped off here as they are reselling from Ali Express at wild margins. Listen, a small business has to make money but this is egregious. 4 for $50 would be more in line with what’s fair. Loved the earrings I got but I paid probably $40 more than I should have and who knows if they are actually gold plated.

EDIT: The owner got back to me in comments. Look at the dozens of reviews saying the same thing. I support small businesses who don’t drop ship their merchandise and mark up at egregious prices. I work in product development for a living…this is the same clip. The holes are in the same place. I am vehemently against knockoffs so if this is really worth $28, please provide the name of the original brand that makes this clip in your store and I will gladly report the cheap knockoffs to Amazon as infringing on IP ❤️. You can find the same products on Shein for 100x cheaper. One ring is $20 in the store, and the SAME ring you can get a pack of 50 for $1 on Shein.

They do not post store hours on their window, so I went TWICE to dispute my product within the 7 day period, and both times it was closed during normal hours. The manager often isn't even at the store.

The store owner did not even try to give store credit or make it right – they said – tough luck.

If you sell products as final sale because you know they are going to break the next day, you are scamming. I hope this store shuts down! It's scary for consumers who walk by...

Honestly I feel ripped off. I bought 3 items and it was so expensive. I went back to double check the prices because it my bill for a necklace, ring and hair clip was $128 apparently my clip was $45, the necklace was $45 and the ring was $30. This isn’t high end jewelry. I’m just confused why they are charging so much for plastic. My fault for not checking in the first place but I very much felt cheated and I checked the online prices before going back and the prices online were cheaper. When I asked the girl working about that she’s was like “yeah the online prices are different than in the store” but online the clip was $20, the ring was $10 and the necklace was $20 so I’m confused why they up charged me significantly. I’m pretty upset and will not be returning to that establishment and I advise you to stay away as well....
