I came in with high expectations based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience here was deeply disappointing. I've had Botox many times before at different places and have always been satisfied — until now. I came in for treatment on my forehead, 11s, crow’s feet, and TMJ (which usually helps with my migraines). Not only did I see minimal results, but I also experienced unexpected issues — including significant movement in areas that are usually smooth after treatment, and a strange bulge in the center of my forehead that wasn’t there before.

My main concern, a forehead dimple, is still very noticeable. I also didn’t experience the usual brow lift, TMJ relief, or “post-Botox glow” that I consistently get elsewhere. I was persuaded to try trap Botox (TrapTox) for $450 for shoulder tension and headaches, which unfortunately did nothing for me — my headaches actually worsened.

When I returned to express my concerns, I didn’t feel heard or taken seriously. I was told that I might be experiencing anxiety or stress — which felt dismissive, especially since I’m a nurse and am very familiar with proper technique and patient care. The injection process itself felt rushed and unstructured — no markings, no before/after photos, and everything was done in under three minutes.

After I returned, I was given 20 more units in an attempt to correct the issues, but this resulted in bruising around my forehead and eye — areas that are now sore to the touch. It’s upsetting to spend a considerable amount of money and walk away not only without the expected results, but also feeling dismissed and disrespected.
