Bad management, returning nightmare and bad attitude is some cashiers , be aware !! I bought a pants on a different location and that I know you can return it at any location , so first of all the cashier was having a bad attitude and told me you don’t see the light on the cashier number ? Then when I told her I have something to return , she call this guy (Manager ) that I never see in the Soho location , so then he told me I’m not allowed to return it because I remove the price tag and I stapled it back on the pants and he told me you should bring it without using staples so I removed the staples and still told me he cannot give money back and return in that location and told me “take the subway and go to the location you bought it “ I was not expecting this kind of answer , as a manager is no professional even the cashier lady was so rude and speaking with bad tone at the end they give me a gift card instead of giving me my money back , I feel that I’m force to buy on their corporations even if I don’t want anymore . This is the first time I see this manager or unprofessional person in the store even I told him I always buy stuff here he didn’t believe and keep sending me to return to the other location , I feel betrayed even when I just ask for my money back , don’t try to buy something if you are not sure you like or would fit on you , because returning with this unprofessional cashier and manager you will have a nightmare, bye the way I had all tags and receipt 🧾 from the original purchase and not even with that he didn’t accepted, ( Manager fake blond dude with emo looking and unprofessional) CEO must stop as a undercover boss over there to see how the store is...

I came in today as I approach to the fitting area, I saw a lady with at least 15 items on the rack as I see she was assorting the items so I thought she was an associate, so I had only 3 items as I walk towards the other rack to hang it up so the associate dark skin older woman was very rude, basically screaming at me telling me I have to put it on this rack that I had to wait for the other lady with 15 items on the rack, as I am apologizing to the lady telling her I'm sorry I thought you work here, the lady smile and said, “No,” I apologize again but she said, “it's ok,” but the associate was very rude and nasty yelling at me for no reason. She gave me a look like, you better recognize with an attitude. This is a place of business. An associate that acts like that should be terminated. Then I decided not to try on the items and made sure i won't spend my money there. I did speak to a manager about this. The manager said she will address it to her. The associate should be fire. No paying customers should have to be humiliated and belittle. The associate should re evaluate her tone of voice and how she should talk to people. Extremely very bad service...
