I was shopping yesterday for some drinks and food. When I was ready to check out, two of the open cashiers refuse to serve me. The first cashier, who is an old white lady, said she has customers, but there were no one in front or behind me. I went to the second cashier and she asked me to go to the first one, but obviously the first cashier again refuse to serve me. I was at a point wanted to just leave without buying anything but the second cashier finally check me out with a bad attitude, including not giving me the discount that is listed on the pricetag. In my opinion, this is an obvious racial profiling. I have had the same treatment before but I didn't complain. But this time it is just too much. I went home and called the store manager. The night shift supervisor told me he would take care of the issue but didn't even ask for the specific cashiers that had treated me unfairly not did he ask for my name. I highly doubted he has done anything to handle this complain. Honestly I would not go back to this store agay as they obviously do not want to serve...
Read moreIn the past two weeks I bought two pots at this store. First pot was on sale, 6 dollars. The handle fell off after the first time I used it. I was lucky it didn't broke when I was cooking because I could have injured myself or cause a gas leek. I went back and bought another pot, originally 20 dollars I think, but on sale as well, I bought it for 12 dollars. The first time I used it, there was a strong plastic toxic smell coming out of the handle. I then went back to the store tried to return the second pot, they told me they can't do it, which is understandable. But then I asked them to do something about this, maybe stop selling the pots because they could potentially be dangerous, but the manager just told me he will talk to the office, without even looking at me. He was doing something else the entire time, not even facing me. I went to the store looking for an explanation, maybe an apology, but I felt that the manager don't care. The pots are bad, the attitude is worse. For whoever is reading, don't buy...
Read moreThe store conditions have been improved, but some cashiers are lazy and rude, definitely not happy with their job, even have an attitude towards the customers. You have to wait to be called, which is no problem, but the problem is they are chatting with others, and the customer needs to wait because of that. To Management, train, or hire good employees, don't let lazy and rude cashiers bring your business down.
Don't know who Chris Johnson is. I am not the first customer but will be much happier knowing I would be the last customer with an unpleasant experience as the date of 6/25/2020. Not sure what are "nonessential items" you mean in the essential business and how many people will only shop for "nonessential items" on their trip. Your logic and words are not good excuses. Feel free to stay at home, stop spreading, stop targeting on my review. If you have a pleasant experience, great, but please respect other...
