I have explored all seven continents and experienced customer service from people all around the globe. I felt so fortunate to be pampered today by Tania at ND Nails Spa. I have never ever received such a caring, gentle, and heartfelt manicure. Tania truly took her time and gave such a meaningful, intricate detailed manicure. She followed up with a massage as well that relieved so much stress as I newly moved to Roosevelt Island. Luis was so kind as he greeted me. Ninfa offered me the card for the salon the previous day. Although they were incredibly busy yesterday, she warmly welcomed me and encouraged me to make an appointment or come back later. I went here last 05/28/22 had my gel nails done here because of its convenient location based from where I lived. Cynthia was nice and all but I couldn’t fathom how she would decide for me and insisted the color she wanted (transparent looking color) instead of the one I picked (opaque grayish blue). She literally insisted couple of times and I tried liking it but it looks horrible and unfinished and 3 days later, IT STARTED PEELING OFF ALREADY. I also told her the thumb has hair on it but SHE IGNORED IT! I came back (06/02/22) to had it fixed to my liking. She wouldn’t allow me to pick something I want AGAIN!! I immediately emphasized to her I didn’t pay for something I’m not satisfied with! She let me pick the color but everything they have is either dried out or transparent looking! it was bad . my service was rushed i was over paid $15 for “tax” i had gotten the Dream Spa Jelly Pedicure that is $55 which includes the 10 minute massage , scrub moisturizer mask, and callous remover but i still have the same callous i came with. my toes were painted once and then put top coat immediately after. not even a second for the color to dry which caused the polish to obviously move. i came to them about my concern and “it wasn’t they problem they couldn’t do anything “ i never got the money that was wrongly charged off my card . my total came out to $70 no tip included or anything. never coming again just had a...
