The chefs ALWAYS FORGET ingredients on my sandwich or wrap. Only ONCE they got it 100% correct as ordered (and it only had 3 ingredients). But they’ve also missed items on the same order in the past. The cooks need to slow down and make sure they get the order correct. It’s frustrating because I’m trusting them that I don’t need to double check my order before I leave. I always find out once I’m home, opening my sandwich/wrap.
And ordering online is even worse. Just this morning I ordered delivery on Uber for an energy drink and a steak egg cheese & tomato wrap. No energy drink at all! And no cheese (AGAIN) on my wrap!
Once they can consistently get the ingredients & items correct, I will give a better rating because the quality of the food and the food itself is tasty (a basic NYC deli). But I’m afraid that will take a lot of trust and patience. It’s very disappointing when I never get...

I had ordered a smoothie with only 4 simple ingredients and the boys behind the counter with piercings and long hair were speaking in Spanish about how my order was confusing and laughing about it (not knowing that I’m fluent in spanish and understood everything they said).
I was the only one in the entire deli meaning there were 2 people by the counter and 2 by the grill yet they messed up my order and caused it to take over 15 minutes for spinach, half a banana, almond milk and vanilla protein to be wrong. Even when I said I wanted a large smoothie with half a banana the guy making my order said they usually put 3 and if I wanted 3 instead? That didn’t make any sense ….
Really bad customer service, took really long time and then speaking in another language and joking around when the customer knows Spanish too is...
Read moreI usually have nothing but good things to say about this place but I just had the most maddening experience today. I asked for a grilled cheese with deli turkey added. I could see on the screen she rung it up as a bacon egg and cheese so I said I think you are misunderstanding me I want a grilled cheese with turkey. She rang it up again as a grilled cheese with bacon. I explained again that’s not what I want. She rang it up again as grill cheese bacon with turkey and explained to me that’s how it works in the system. I clarified with her I cannot eat bacon please make sure there is no confusion here. She said she’d speak to the cooks. So after this 10 minute conversation I get my sandwhich. It’s just a plain grilled cheese. Feel so annoyed by that whole interaction.
