Avoid this place! Im telling you, you will thanks me later. This is the worst salon in Brooklyn. It's crazy how they don't care whether you leave happy or unsatisfied with the job, all they care about is money. If you own a business obviously is because you want to make more money but always have in mind that overcharging and doing a bad job won't lead you no where. A lot of the customers won't care to pay a little extra money for a good job but when the job is not done right, you will leave the place unsatisfied and what would happen ? You won't come again. My best advice for this salon will be to stop focusing on making so much money and worried more about doing a better job because that will definitely bring them more customers. I stop going there and I regret coming here. Avoid this place. Money is important but having customers that choose you over any other salon is your best reward. I had a long break before my next client at work; really just needed a wash and blow out. This salon is located literally on the corner of my shop so I went in and it was empty to get a wash and blow out. She washed it. And than proceeded to put me under the dryer after me telling her I just wanted a wash. Than another lady came in for a wash and roller set. She washed her and put under the dryer as well. My dryer stop she washed me out than begin to blow me out. She than stopped and asked could she roller set the other lady hair than finished me up I said no because I had to be back at work AT 5pm in 30 minutes . So she said no problem and continued me my hair. DO YOU BELIVE THIS LADY STOPPED MY HAIR HALF WAY AT 5:45pm walked off without saying anything im looking for her and she’s having a whole lunch break with her man on the side. So now I have to return back to work looking like a mushroom half wet hair half dry hair . The. Is horrible and this is the first and last time I’ll ever...

So surprise to read these reviews glad I tried it out myself first. This is my favorite salon to go to in Brooklyn for a no frills blowout and layered trim. Also for a great price point compared to all these other salons. I have curly hair and take pride in hair care. I am so picky with products so I bring my own heat protector and shampoo and conditioner and they are so accommodating. I've been to self and all these "hipster" Brooklyn salons and no one seems to do roller sets anymore it really helps take any from the excess heat not to mention a good heat protector. Bottom Line: No long wait time, open on Sunday's, good price, and my hair still healthy...
