Had ordered two GNC lean RTD cases online. Headquarters picked this location to complete, and ship order due to distance. Only received one case. Packing slip even displays how many items were to be sent. I will be writing headquarters regarding this matter. So is it human error, or illiteracy?. Went there after a hard work out, normally i have a good experience, But today was not so good. i walked for a cold drink and there was 5 customers total (including me) the sales person spent at least 10 to 15 minutes with the guy, then the next one another 10, i only had 2 small drinks (that was getting warm) as i stood there. then another lady was asking so many questions and the sales person did not even look up at say"(i will be right with you) i dont know if i will go again to this store. we shall see. or see what we had(which...

I must say I had a really good experience here. Specifically, Jose was the guy helping me and he really knew every detail about each product that gnc has and why one was a better fit for me over the other. They should seriously model all of their customer experience around this guy. I would never go to another supplement store again if all the gnc employees...
