This place has been the worst store I’ve step foot on. I never seen such LAZY EMPLOYEES. I’m sure when you apply for a job, it’s because you’re ready to do the skills and requirements needed to perform the job to your full potential. On top of the employees being lazy, their also rude, nasty and the attitude. Dear lord. I’ve never seen so much eye roll and teeth sucking from employees ever. You ask someone for a shoe size & they’re to busy chatting about getting their hair done, nails done, putting apart the new Jordan’s coming out. I ask to speak to a manager and all I get is “mhmm ok mmmhm ok” and she just walked away in the middle of our conversation. The manager needs to scream at the girls working there from half way across the store because nobody wants to pick up the walk-e-talk-e because their to lazy to go look for a pair of sneakers. Instead the employees are arguing within themselves for her or her to go do it. I understand this location is in Harlem, but not all of us are from the ghetto and we’re there for a bad experience.    Read moreBought a ton of items cash at a different champs store, came in with a receipt and needed them to take off a tag(the kinds with ink if you mess with them) they forgot from 2 of the items. They refused, informed them of the policy it says on the receipt, return to ANY STORE and they still refused. I wasnt even trying to return i just wanted the tag off. They Said I needed to go to the other store that's about an hour out of my way. $50 uber for a mistake made by champs? All it takes is a Lil professionalism.
