Worst experience ever ! Today I left the massage annoyed and angry . The first time I went here was good /decent ( no complaints ) but the second time today this Friday the worker was awful. The whole massage was incredibly lazy, unskilled. Half of it consisted of random pinching with one hand. She did not know any pressure points, all her strokes were lazy and without effort, and I actually left the massage angrier. It really seemed like her first day on the job. She was repeating the same question all through the massage about pressure, for no apparent reason and whether or not this or that was okay. I really didn't understand her.

At hair cutting, massage, or any service businesses of these sort, it takes one bad worker to ruin a customer perception of the business. That's why it's really important to make sure all workers are of the same quality. Totally not worth the price $60 ( there are much better better options elsewhere in the city) and I won't return again.

I received a ten times better massage elsewhere in the city at half the cost ($30). Will never return again . This business is a total waste of space in the downtown Tribeca community. Extremely shady too , they post an INFLATED groupon ( $65) as means of free advertising. Cash only business, so they probably engage in under-reporting...

Made an appointment with Jenny, when I got there she was running late. No problem. I waited about 15-20 for her, no problem. Then I don’t get Jenny. Problem. I could’ve just started on time with the other person. So now I’m running late for an appointment I have after the massage, but still a relaxing massage was needed so I stayed. Instead of a relaxing massage, the person working on me kept stopping and even left the massage to go deal with some dude with a Groupon. The first 40 minutes was loud disruptive chatter and yelling between the people working there and phone calls to get more people to come to work (I think). IN MY EAR.

Im a pretty chill person, I understand things happen but honestly this was too much. It wasn’t like a 5 minute thing, it was at least 2/3 of the hour.

That being said, the women are quite good at what they do when they’re actually focused on you. The male massagers are meh. I will go back but I’m not sure I’d pay if that happens again and won’t go back if it happens again. I felt kinda stressed when I left.

Love this place! Read some negative reviews and honestly confused with people complaining about interruptions of the massage or something about the quality.. Common, seriously?? You’re being charged 60$ for an hour of the good pressure and quality (Judging from how I feel after) and you complaining ? Go to the Aries baths or any spa at the hotel - you’d get a service with the sparkling clean sheets(not necessarily by the way), super duper relaxing music and bla bla. But as for the massage itself, workers at the places like this don’t bother doing hard work. You’ll barely feel any pressure (they strongest one is the lightest at the golden dream beauty centre) and you’d get charged starting 250$ for half an hour plus...
