THE BEST OF THE BEST. I cannot give Hair Magic NYC enough stars. I rarely leave reviews, but it is SO necessary after the incredible work these highly talented ladies did and KEEP doing. I have had some hair trauma in the past and learned to "like" my hair. A friend recommended Hair Magic NYC, and I can officially say I LOVE my hair. I promise you, I have never been happier with my hair, and the confidence they gave me is unreal. This place is truly incredible. They exceed expectations in every single way. I walked in expecting to "like my hair" and be content based on the many past experiences I have had, but even a month and a half later, I LOVE my hair. I will never go to another salon again, and whoever says otherwise has clearly not experienced their brilliance and talent firsthand. If you are looking for a salon that can meet your expectations, go here because they will exceed any and all expectations, I promise, plus more. When you walk in, you are greeted by amazing people and the most welcoming environment, then you leave, and you end up with the best color/cut/extensions that you honestly probably never expected. BEST SALON, THE BEST SERVICE, AND THE BEST QUALITY EVER. Andrea and Kristen are two very young hard working girls whom I have been following around since the start of their hair career. It has been nearly 10 years since I refuse to let anyone touch my hair unless it is one of these ladies. To know that they now have their own salon might be a dream come true for them but also for me haha! I can honestly say their hands have magic because my hair has never been so healthy, and luscious, and it grows back so fast whenever I visit for a trim! It's always a great time and a great vibe whenever I visit the salon for any service I need! They are very professional, explain everything that is being done without any confusion and always leave me feeling so confident and beautiful. Their space is very clean, and well organized, and if need to take any products back home, Hair Magic NYC has everything my hair needs in order to continue looking like I just left the salon but...

I had a horrible experience with this salon specifically Kristen the owner. Kristen rescheduled on me 3 times and when I finally came in for my appointment she made me wait an hour to get started because she said she needed to eat lunch first. The worst part is she completely fried my hair doing the Kerstin/Brazilian straightening. You could smell my burning hair throughout the entire salon and they had to open windows it was so bad. My hair has fallen out in chunks and is shedding everywhere. She offered no resolution and said she doesn’t think anything can be done to fix my hair. And then she tried to sell me a repair hair mask salon treatment to fix my hair that she damaged. Devastating results.
