I have never written a review in my life, but this was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a business. I came here for the first time last Wednesday to get a dip manicure, as soon as I left and washed my hands, a nail chipped. By Sunday, every single one of my nails had chipped or the polish was crack, so naturally I went back to have them fixed. Instead of redoing them, the nail tech decided to put another coat over the already chipped dip. I said nothing and just figure it would get me through until my next fill. As I’m sitting there she starts questioning me and asking if I work if in a restaurant because none of her other clients nails ever look like this. I tell her no and she starts bickering with me that it’s my fault that my nails look like this and no way I work in an office. We’re going back and forth until I just stop speaking because why the hell am I fighting with a nail tech right now. In the midst of this, another customer walks in and sees the commotion, she looks at me and asks if they’re good here and I said I’m getting mine fixed right now. She then asks if she should leave and I said my experience with them wasn’t good but up to her. She decided to leave and once she was gone, the nail tech started screaming at me “that’s an old customer of mine I know her” “you told her it was bad here!!!” “You made her leave!!!” To which I respond, she asked and I told her my experience. The man nail tech then started screaming to charge me for fixing my nails and at this point I’m in genuine awe that someone would treat a customer like that. I get that they would be angry about a customer leaving but it truly is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, I would never want to see someone spend $50+ for terrible services. Sorry for the rant but you literally can’t...

I didn’t want to leave a bad review that could hurt a small business, but my experience here was ridiculous.

DO NOT COME HERE

So I don’t know if they’ve paid for reviews or if they’ve paid for reviews but this place is not a 4.9

I came here to get a pedicure done despite my instincts telling me not to. though they were able to seat me immediately I can see why they’re ALWAYS empty .

The man taking care of my nails, tried to get me to pay for a more expensive polish to which I declined.

He proceeded to take over five minutes to take nail polish off my toes, then tried to use a drill…on REGULAR nail polish? I had to offer to take the polish off myself before he went to the back to get another acetone.

Now for the best part !

He takes one foot out and proceeds to scrape my toes, barely file and barely cut any cuticles. Pretty much this man does not know how to do a pedicure and it’s just here for the giggles. At this point I am very annoyed and let him know to stop working on my feet and the woman across asked me if I had to rush and I expressed my displeasure with the service. She then proceeds to charge me $16 dollars for a toe scraping. It’s clear that business isn’t doing well, but your customers shouldn’t have to be subjected to this type of treatment.

And just in case, the owner comes back to say that they have no recollection of my service being done here, I took a card...

Had a very mediocre service for $110 gel extension (not gel x, and not including tip). First was surprised that everything cost extra- gel polish in place of regular polish and using harder tips, but maybe that's standard now? At most places I've been it's all included. The sample colors are not even close to what they look like on the nail and the shade was extremely off and translucent (the most frustrating part- I chose a dark red and it was candy red and see through). The shaping was also really strange and made my nails look fake and chubby. During the process itself, I felt like the woman did an ok job, but wasn't being too careful and somehow took 2.5 hours. My nail also broke after a week while not doing anything strenuous that would put my nail in danger- it was likely because it was lifting on the sides already... I ended up having to repaint my nails myself to make it the right shade and then I shaped them myself to make them look more natural. I was expecting it to be less cost for just a solid color extension, or at least because of the cost, to last longer and be...

I never give bad reviews and honestly should’ve read the reviews before coming here. I am so beyond upset and scammed. literally the worst place i’ve ever been. I was there for a full 4 hours and they couldn’t do anything right. online said 65 then charged me 115 saying some UV gel she put on without disclosing that. both the man and the woman working on pedi and mani kept getting on my skin and I kept asking if they could clean it off and they said “it’s fine only a little bit” are you kidding me?? all my nails are bulky and uneven now I need to pay another place to fix both my mani and pedi after having just wasted 4 hours of my life and scammed $100 do not come. this place should not be staying open. there’s a reason why it’s always empty. will never be returning.
