First off, I would like to say that this has been the best Barbershop I have ever been too. Living in NYC my whole life, I have encountered so many terrible experiences with different barbers. But not here, from the moment I arrived ( Despite ME being late), Mark was able to work with me and give me a above and beyond haircut. You can tell these men really do enjoy their craft and are confident in what they do. Mark is truly amazing at what he does and he will be my go to barber moving forward. I went in feeling unsure of what I wanted, to coming back out feeling like literally a MILLION BUCKS. There are no words to describe how happy I felt with my new haircut. I cant imagine how amazing this place must be without all the COVID restrictions but if you want an amazing haircut, book your appointment....

I'd been going to the same barber for a while, but decided to try a new place. I wanted something a little different than just a simple barber cut. After reading reviews of Friend Of A Barber, I decided to book an appointment with Mark. Turns out I got the best haircut I've ever had. Mark asked me how I wanted my hair cut. He listened and proceeded to do exactly what I asked for. He didn't rush through it, like a lot of Barbers do.He used both clippers and scissors to achieve the cut I wanted. Everything about this place gets 5 stars. The customer really is treated like a friend of the barber. First and foremost, they're taking every imaginable precaution regarding COVID - temperature check when you arrive, unused cloak, disinfected stations between customers, N95s on at all times, and stations are 6 feet apart. Mark consistently delivers on the cut and he's geniunely a good guy to boot.
