My Experience at HairClub NYC:

This place is truly exceptional. They have a consultant named Victoria who is incredibly helpful in guiding you through the right treatment options, preventative care, and overall hair health and wellness strategies. Victoria is outstanding, but she couldn’t accomplish what she does without the fantastic team that provides comprehensive support and care for each patient.

I initially booked a consultation in March and visited HairClub’s office on a calm late winter day. Victoria greeted me warmly and took preliminary photos of my hairline to give the physicians a clear understanding of what they would be working with. This initial appointment took about an hour, but it was the subsequent visit that truly solidified my decision to proceed with a full FUE transplant.

The team provided thoughtful, well-researched answers that addressed all my skepticism. What impressed me most was that they didn’t rely on flashy brochures, aggressive advertising, or overwhelming amounts of promotional materials to support their recommendations. Instead, they offered genuine expertise about hair restoration, surgical procedures, and patient care. The staff here are exceptionally well-educated about hair science, and I truly appreciate their depth of knowledge.

I returned at least once more to address any remaining concerns, and they welcomed me without hesitation. I was able to finalize all the details during that visit with complete confidence. Victoria actually helped me complete my profile setup and fitted my appointment to my schedule as well! Talk about going a step further and beyond!

Fast forward to July when I underwent the procedure. The surgical team carefully harvested hair from the densest areas while maintaining a sparse, natural distribution—ensuring there was no visible strip or bald spot left behind. They performed the operation with remarkable precision, consistently checked on my comfort throughout the process, and provided the highest standard of care available in New York City. People come to NYC to pursue their dreams, and Bosley/HairClub is here to help maintain and keep those dreams alive.
