Got powder gel. They moved my appointment time with no problem, got in and got sat right away, super nice ladies, was very gentle with everything (i started dozing off in the middle of the service, didnt even feel the electric nail file scraping my nails), was accommodating to my change of heart (initially made appointment for regular gel nails but in the middle of getting my cuticles done changed to powder) and I'm sure it was annoying but handled me professionally, very detailed but still quick. I have nothing bad to say. There were lots of services and colors to choose from and it was perfect and comfortable beginning to end. Also, I don't get my nails done ever (this was my second time in my life) and messed up one of the fingers before it dried 😭 and she fixed it no problem 😭😭 i would've charged me extra.. but honestly 10/10, would go back if I ever get my nails done again.

The nail salon is very clean and offers free candy and wine. The chairs for pedicures have massage features. The nail techs are very hit or miss, I think it was the owner that cut my cuticles, she nicked me a few times. But the lady that did my gel manicure did such a good job, it’s been almost a month and my nails are still perfect besides one small chip. The nail tech that my friend had was rude, her painting skills weren’t as nice, and my friend was unhappy with her mani and it didn’t last as long as mine. I would go back, but only for the same lady I had, she wore all black and had a ponytail. I would avoid the lady with the yellow/orange dyed hair.

Not counting the salon manager (Tom I think?) who does a great job, I've been back several times with other technicians and I've had a terrible experience. The staff are not welcoming, the human side is catastrophic and you only have to look at the photo to see the state of my nails two weeks after my last powder gel application at Hana. I'm extremely disappointed and I won't be coming back. There's no attention to detail, no rigour. I arrived and asked for a French manicure and was told it was possible, but 2 and a half hours later the technician still couldn't do it and neither could any of her colleagues. It's a disgrace. Lack of professionalism and

I was in desperate need of getting my nails done for a flight/trip but due to work i couldnt go to my regular place so I decided to try put hana. I need extension and sns(dip powder). The lady who did my nails was Kiki. She was rude, unprofessional and took 2 and half hours to do my nails which normally takes about an hr. I asked for a simple snowflake design and she tells me they have one person who does designs and she is not here. In my entire 30 yrs of being alive i have never heard of a nail salon that has one dedicated person to do nail designs... so imagine how amazed I was as this. She gets finished with my nails and when i asked her to please cut out the little pieces of cuticles on my fingers, she goes "what, where, i dont see any". It is now 3 days since i have gotten my nails done and 2 of them has cracked... im going back to get my nails fixed and after that will never return to this salon. I DO NOT...

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. During my visit, the manicurist and pedicurist spoke negatively about me in Chinese, assuming I wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately, I do speak and understand Chinese, and it was incredibly hurtful and unprofessional to hear their complaints and rude comments while they worked on me.

After the service, I calmly brought it to the attention of the manager, expecting at least an apology or some form of accountability. Instead, the manager refused to acknowledge the issue, and still charged me full price.

No customer should be made to feel disrespected, especially during a service they’re paying for. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values basic courtesy and...
