Hello Beauty (Optima Beauty Supply) — Local services in New York

I don’t like to leave reviews but I’ve seen this a couple of times. This beauty supply is very close to where I live so I love coming here but I’ve seen that the lady with the exaggerated eyeliner always has some sort of attitude and that’s NOT the way you treat your customers. I’ve gone in with one of my friends and she’s of color and the way she spoke to her is disappointing. I noticed that she spoke to her with attitude and I also noticed that she rolled her eyes as soon as my friend walked away from her. On top of that i understand Spanish and I’ve seen the way she talks to the other employees! Exposing their problems out in front of the customers! I recently went and I saw how she argues with the other employees. Very Unprofessional!! To me it seems that she isn’t fit for customer service! Always rolling her eyes and being disrespectful to...

There was a robbery at the store , and they are threatening the lady who works there. The many times I been there she has been very friendly to the costumers, all the employees as so far what I know. This is not correct at all for an employee to feel unsafe, in and out of their job. Especially if she already talked to her boss or manager about it. They should take Action, be aware of their employees and also have extra security inside the store. The lady shouldn’t be scared of her life being at risk, for just trying to stop a robbery of happening. People really can’t afford to buy, don’t be doing this nonsense and acting like a victim , and threatening someone who is just doing her job. Karma is a bitchhh...

Really bad customer service, i bought a wax hair removal and i didn't check if the container was open or anything. The next day i was going to wax my eyebrows and i couldn't open the container, so i decided to go back and exchange it for another one. The rude guy told me that i cant exchange it because it seems it was used but the funny part was that he need it to get heavy duty gloves to open it. if you compare the strength of a men and a women it wont be the same and to top it all off the container was almost empty, how im going to use almost the entire bottle of wax in 2 days, that's super crazy. any how if i could give them a 0 stars i would....
