Nieves Tia Mimi | Dorilocos | Nieves y Aguas frescas — Restaurant in New York

I have been a long time customer of Nieves Tia Mimis, I grew up going to this place for my Nieves and I have never been so disappointed. I made an order at 3pm and they said it would be brought to me in 45 minutes, HOURS later when I kept asking how much longer do I have to wait they finally responded back to me saying that my order was cancelled because of how busy it got. Then not 2 minutes later the sent me a text saying they are outside. When I go outside I call to ask where they were, they tell me they are 25minuets away and I tell them to cancel because it was 10PM at NIGHT. It was late already and I wasn’t gonna be eating nieve that late at night. The next time I ordered I wanted to give them another chance because I really love this place, I made an order and they charged me $17 for a chamoyada which was actually $13. When I called to ask why they over charged me they said they accidentally charged me for a Magoneada so I asked for a refund and they said they were sending someone and that person never showed up. so I decided to message them again and they said they would send me the $4 through Zelle, they sent $3.60. I’m not fighting over 40¢, it is just frustrating of the services they give. They aren’t consistent with their services and are just playing around with their customers. First time coming to Nieves Tia Mimi and it was such a great experience. The customer service is awesome, the lady in the front was very kind, and pleasant. They were not taking cards so have cash if you do go. We had the chamoyadas and they were super tasty! The nieve tasted so flavorful just like natural mango and not an artificial flavor at all and had like tajin in the nieve along with the chamoy it was the best nieve I've ever had! The big cup was $12 and the small one was $8, they were both filled all the way to the top as shown on the pictures totally worth it for both! I love tia mimi but whoever is in the front with a really nasty attitude is giving it a bad look , the girl in the morning is taking it out on customers , I ordered 3 “arroz con leches” and a champurrado, I guess she got annoyed we tried getting her attention bc of her nasty attitude and she purposely gave us only milk 🥛 no rice . What is the point to the arroz con leche if it got no rice?! Could’ve just opened the fridge if I wanted milk girl. Spent $45 ? And tip ? To get this kind of service? .
