The Bandeja Paisa at Sabor de Colombia Restaurant and Bakery is a must-try for anyone who loves Colombian food. The dish is a hearty and delicious combination of rice, beans, meat, and other traditional Colombian ingredients. The flavors were authentic and reminded me of my time in Colombia. I would definitely give the food a 4 out of 5 stars.

However, I was disappointed that I was charged for a cup of ice with my soda and a 3.8% credit card processing fee. I understand that these are common practices in some restaurants, but I felt that they were a bit excessive. As a result, I would give the restaurant a 3 out of 5 stars overall.

First time going and wanting to Colombian food with my husband . And had the worse experience, the waitress don’t show respect to there customers. There is a light skin lady with a neck tattoo blames us for giving us the wrong order and slamming the plates. I didn’t want to start an argument because I’m pregnant and I don’t know want to harm myself And my baby and there was kids there and I didn’t want to curse . The manger needs to be there because the waitress thinks she owns the place but if the manger doesn’t want to do anything about it. The place show be shut down !!!!!Never going...

I would have to say this has been the most disappointing Columbian restaurant I have ever been too and I LOVE Columbian cuisine, I have to say portions where not like I'm used to when I go to Columbian restaurants steak was small and dry tough , chorizo portion was very small and chicharron was cold but the most odd thing was the rice and beans with tomatoes and peppers mixed all together which I have never encountered thru my travels , I have eaten in a lot of Columbian restaurants this one was pretty disappointing for me and too pricey for their portions.

I went yesterday for the first time, and let me tell you it’s not going to be my last visit. I live in Long Island and since it is not a short trip to Brooklyn it was definitely worth it. I got the cazuela de frijoles and it was DELICIOUS!! it was so fresh and tasty I loved it! It made me feel like at home!! 🇨🇴🇨🇴 Then even though I was super full since it is a big plate I decided to try bunuelos and almojábana with coffee 🤤🤤🤤 OMG!! It was amazing! The service was great and everyone was very friendly. I’ll go every time I’ll be in Brooklyn ❣️
