These guys are amazing! I've used their furniture delivery & assembly services twice now. The first time was when I first arrived in New York City. I moved into a sixth-floor walkup apartment, I had no car and no help, and I had no idea how I was going to furnish my apartment. Then these guys came to the rescue! I sent them my IKEA wishlist, and they picked up the items in Brooklyn, delivered them to my apartment, and assembled everything for me. Bed, mattress, couch, kitchen island, cabinets – all while I worked from home. Service was fantastic, they worked super efficiently, and the overall experience was so positive. What stood out to me the most: their communication was top-notch. So responsive, so friendly, and so reliable. They also just had really good vibes – they would hum tunes and joke around with each other while they worked, which just set a good mood. Since then, they've helped me with a few other home improvement tasks, like mounting a TV (and hopefully soon, my Lululemon Mirror, too!). I'm very grateful I found their services, so if you're looking for some help, I'd definitely recommend these guys!

Simply wonderful!!

We got their service back in February. They were super efficient, responsive, reliable and friendly! Everything you want as a newcomer to a new city (not just in any city but in New York City!!) to navigate through and settle in, they were able to provide. That guys at Furniture Assembly NY are absolutely amazing professionals. They took the time to understand our needs, budget and even accommodated to our schedule. They showed up ten minutes early and spared no time in assembling all of my furniture; some from IKEA, some from Overstock, and also did some minor household repair work. I would recommend them without hesitation and feel super lucky to have chosen these guys....
