Heritage 470 Manhattan — Local services in New York

Been living here for 3 months now. It has been really great so far. The amenities are awesome, always kept clean and tidy. Fellow tenants are super friendly and respectful. The maintenance team (Boris, Mike, and Martin) are all helpful, quick, and friendly. Especially Mr Mike!!! Hallways are always spotless too. It seems like they organize the mail room too- because it never gets too crazy in there. Best building ever - and SUCH a great location near the parks.

NEW* lifestyle staff (Jillyan) organized a really fun pumpkin carving event. The lounge was nicely decorated for Halloween, snacks, candy and drinks were provided. Along with pumpkins and supplies for carving. Carving stations were socially distanced. Jillyan was extremely professional and friendly with walking around offering help to anyone who needed it. Thanks for a great event!

NEW* lifestyle staff (Jillyan) Put together an awesome Valentine’s Day grab and go! It was a beautiful and uplifting presentation with lots of tasty treats - including for pets! Really enjoyed this festive table in the lobby. Thanks!

NEW* David the maintenance technician came to fix my door frame and he provided prompt, friendly and professional service. He also followed up on his own initiative a day later to ask if I needed paint etc. The other team members also helped me with a clog in the bathtub. They were professional, quick, and very mindful of noise knowing that I was working from home. Thanks!

I have lived in this building for almost 2 years and as a born and raised New Yorker, I will say, I never thought buildings where the staff are this lovely and helpful existed in NYC. 470 Manhattan ave is a full service building with a very kind and caring maintenance team (shout out Ray, Scarlene, and leasing office agent/so much more, Jillyan!)

Ray, Scarlene, and Jillyan go above and beyond to make sure that this building is a safe, clean, and wonderful place to live. Jillyan in the leasing office is amazing and always ready to answer any questions I have. Ray and Scarlene are a pleasure to work with, and it is so clear that they care about ensuring that the residents of 470 Manhattan are happy living here. I have never struggled to get a hold of anyone or had any issues with work orders. They are completed in a timely and friendly manner. I am beyond impressed and very grateful for each of them. Living at 470 Manhattan Ave is truly an amazing experience! The building is not only in a fantastic location, but the staff here make it feel like home. Scarlin, the super, is exceptional, he keeps the building in immaculate condition and is always quick to address any concerns or issues. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in maintaining the property.

Jillyan is another gem of the team. She’s always available to assist with any lease-related questions or concerns, and her responsiveness and professionalism are unmatched. It’s such a relief to have someone so approachable and helpful managing those details.

Taisha, meanwhile, brings the community together with the best events. Whether it’s a fun social gathering or an informative session, she puts in so much effort to make every event enjoyable and engaging.

Overall, the staff at 470 Manhattan Ave are the kindest and most dedicated people I’ve ever encountered. They go above and beyond, making living here a truly wonderful experience. I can’t...
