Eko has been a wonderful building manager! Very quick to respond and helpful. Management is perhaps a little bit difficult to get a hold of at first (pre-signing lease) but after signing, management is super easy to contact.

Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re an intern in midtown, seriously the most convenient location ever. Worth the extra money with the amenities. A lot of other places you’ll end up paying the same for way less quality/no elevator/dirty/etc. Having laundry in building is so nice, my friend and I have a little balcony which is so cute - couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
