Urban Leaf — Local services in New York

EDIT- the company responded and said we should have asked for help before I wrote my review. As stated in my review, we did. We went to the counter and were dismissed by the employee and instructed to use the iPads for our needs. Owner should read reviews fully before responding.

DO NOT GO HERE! Wrong items on website. Won’t sell that what you purchased online. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went here with my friend, we were the only people in the store. Went to the register and the guy let us stand there for minutes without acknowledging that we were there. The employee told us we needed to order on the iPads, and wouldn’t help us with anything. Friend ordered two carts from the stores iPad. He paid for items and then was given the wrong items. When he said this wasn’t what he ordered the employee told us that they don’t control the photos on their website and they can’t help that a wrong item photo was uploaded. Wouldn’t let him get the product that he wanted and paid for. Employee was so rude and so unhelpful.NEVER will go here again. So much better dispensaries blocks away. Go to Etain instead, they are great. Urban...

Edit I'm putting an edit on this review to deter from the lies this place tries to throw on people. Me and my girlfriend took a trip to New York for our anniversary. urban leaf was the closest dispensary to our AirBnb so we decided to check it out. The "Budtender" or whatever these nerds like to call themselves was cool and helped us pick out what we needed. Now walking up to the counter was a dude who called himself "Haze" (Your name is so edgy bro!). I asked him if the matches at the counter were free He said "yeah but you gotta leave a good review" Sure, no problem but it wasn't until we paid our 177$ that he would not relinquish our goods until we showed him our good review. I'm not a disgruntled ex employee, I have never lived in new york or worked for a dispensary and even if so, how bad is this place that you got people that don't want to work there. I'm seriously warning people! I have done some research after the trip and there are better places in the Manhattan area.
