La Pizza Italia — Restaurant in New York

Dont trust the Uber Eats notifications! Because out of all the wonderful restaurants and pizzas spots I've tried in NYC, this place so far has given us the worst experience. Pizza taste is good, but what really is upsetting is that I placed an online order to try 3 different slices order was supposed to be ready within 20min, received confirmation, and once I arrive I get advised it would be another 40min, I waited patiently, went for sushi next door, come back and still nothing! I get asked to order one big pizza instead to make it easier for them and obviously refuse, I ask for my money, and unfortunately, because it's through Uber eats there's nothing they can do. So here I have been waiting for over an hour now.....my suggestion? If you are near here, go next door...

This is one of those pizzerias where you want to come back again and again – not only because of the tasty food, but also because of the incredibly polite and friendly staff. The team is super kind and welcoming – from the first moment you feel like a valued guest. Everything is done with a smile and great care.

The pizza is amazing: thin crust, fresh ingredients, and a smell that makes your mouth water. Be sure to try their signature options – you can feel that they cook with love.

Maybe we caught them on a bad night tonight, since we did not enjoy the pizza here. It was just not good. The mushrooms were the best part of the pizza. My wife and I arrived after a long trip, and we were extremely hungry. We read the reviews and ordered a meatball pizza , added mushrooms, and a house salad for delivery to our hotel. The food was hot and we were so looking forward to the meal. I can honestly say that we were both disappointed. The salad was not very good either. Just a bad experience for us.
