Dont trust the Uber Eats notifications! Because out of all the wonderful restaurants and pizzas spots I've tried in NYC, this place so far has given us the worst experience. Pizza taste is good, but what really is upsetting is that I placed an online order to try 3 different slices order was supposed to be ready within 20min, received confirmation, and once I arrive I get advised it would be another 40min, I waited patiently, went for sushi next door, come back and still nothing! I get asked to order one big pizza instead to make it easier for them and obviously refuse, I ask for my money, and unfortunately, because it's through Uber eats there's nothing they can do. So here I have been waiting for over an hour now.....my suggestion? If you are near here, go next door for sushi 😅

The pizza is amazing: thin crust, fresh ingredients, and a smell that makes your mouth water. Be sure to try their signature options – you can feel that they cook with love. The atmosphere is very cozy, perfect for a dinner for two or a meeting with friends. Thank you to the whole team for the great service and positive vibes – we will definitely be back!

The pizza is about a 3 out of 5. But the service was a 5 out of 5. If you are hungry and need to grab something. It's very affordable. The customer service was excellent and I really couldn't complain about anything else. If u can wait for a fresh pizza , do that. Otherwise the pizza is taken out of the case and reheated in a brick oven. That's not necessarily a bad things, it's just that especially the chicken Pizza can only be reheated so many times without drying out. And that's what I experienced. But the pepperoni was hand down the best out of the three.

Maybe we caught them on a bad night tonight, since we did not enjoy the pizza here. It was just not good. The mushrooms were the best part of the pizza. My wife and I arrived after a long trip, and we were extremely hungry. We read the reviews and ordered a meatball pizza , added mushrooms, and a house salad for delivery to our hotel. The food was hot and we were so looking forward to the meal. I can honestly say that we were both disappointed. The salad was not very good either. Just a bad experience for us.
