Worst service ever! Associates are clearly not interested in doing their job. Came in because we were seriously interested in a couch and needed swatches. One associate pointed us towards the wrong colors the other one sat down next to us and proceeded to switch between ignoring us and chatting with her coworker about his glasses... Even after we asked her a few times for help. She just gave us a blank stare. Your entire job is to sell furniture and support customers, if you think you are too good for it why are you even there?? Read moreHad a really weird situation here. I had a good experience with the salesperson checking out chairs. And I figured out what I wanted and said I wanted to shop around a bit as it was $1500+. They said if I found a better price let them know and they'll match.
Well, I did find a better price at another retailer (about 35% off list) and went back since they were the official retailers and I'd prefer buying through them.
Showed them the invoice, and they said they couldn't match it. So I contacted the other retailer to buy and they said the Herman Miller called them right after I left and told them they couldn't sell me the chair for that price.

I feel like chairs are a bit difficult to maneuver, too many knobs and instructions for me to remember, also there was no instruction manual that came with the chair. Herman Miller should realize not everyone is expert in their chairs and some of us need instruction manual.
I put order thru the store. Wrong chair came, it took some time to get the right one, and some of communication issues, but ultimately I received the right chair.
