It is my utmost pleasure working with Dr. Max Hunter, who has been paired with me around June of this year (2025) by the Inspira Advantage Upgraded Premier MD program. We worked together throughout the summer, preparing me in more ways than I can imagine for my first undergraduate year at university to properly pursue a career in medicine.

He procured an incredible full-length summer schedule filled not only with tasks to document opportunities around the area of my university, prerequisites of various medical schools, and exciting summer internships, but also with readings that helped me understand what it truly meant to be a medical doctor. For the first time in my life, I worked on a couple of book reviews, with expert guidance, which greatly enhanced the content I grasped in my readings. This process was not easy, and there were certainly hurdles along the way, but Dr. Hunter has made himself readily available for me as both a mentor and a friend, and I am very grateful for his undying support.

He made it clear to me the gravity of walking this path, allowing me to see far beyond the importance of solid academics, for holding traits like immense compassion and understanding towards others, regardless of circumstance, are key pillars to being a professional in this field. On top of this, he also helped me realize what it meant to be a professional in any field. Before working together, I was unprofessional in the way I conducted my emails and completed assigned tasks. He taught me how to write in a clean manner to send a clear message without oversharing and pointed out when I was not properly approaching an assignment with enough significance. Additionally, he has guided me to make a professional online image of myself, creating formal accounts and establishing an e-portfolio.

Dr. Hunter will prepare you for excellence academically, mentally, and emotionally for whichever field in healthcare you wish to pursue. After receiving his guidance thus far, I have been incredibly prepared for the hurdles pre-med college life has thrown at me. I knew exactly what the pre-health advisors at my school were talking about in seminars I have attended and am correctly approaching a rigorous course load without overextending beyond my capabilities. Where do I even begin... When I started with Inspira's All-Inclusive Vet School Application Express Submission, I had no idea what to expect. Would it be helpful? Awkward? Stressful?

All of my anxieties faded away when Dr. Anne Jablinski popped onto my screen. Her gleaming smile and immense confidence in my abilities made me more passionate about this dream of mine. She oozes positivity and knows how to balance constructive criticism with loaded compliments perfectly.

Dr. Anne is more than just an advisor to me; truthfully, she has become one of my role models. Her commitment to my success while achieving her own is beyond admirable. She never fails to make me laugh despite my stress and knows just how to comfort me in times of worry. I am still waiting on decisions, but I know that she helped me to put my best foot forward in each of my applications. She has encouraged me to embrace my uniqueness and polish my applications to showcase the true me.

I aspire to be like Inspira's Dr. Anne. She is excellent in all her endeavors and more than accomplished in the field of veterinary medicine. If I can be half the veterinarian Dr. Anne is, I'd consider myself successful.

And a special note to Dr. Anne: Thank you for helping me to embrace my voice in my essays. You never dimmed my light; you only made it shine brighter, and that is something only a truly skilled teacher can do. I never feel embarrassed or shy in our conversations. You have created such a safe place in our meetings where I can really be honest about my journey.
