Unfortunately three workers there need customer service training there are rude all they due is gossip about there things . When u make your order they don’t pay attention they give you the wrong orders Also they over charge . Yes they made mistake with my sandwich I went to speak to her and lady didn’t want to hear it . So I was charge for another sandwich I would like to know who is the owner . Shame on them unfortunately there Latin but not all Hispanic are that way !!! . I would not put my foot 🦶 there anymore . Whoever the guy is that works at the front with black hair and a bread needs to learn some customer service. This man makes you feel so UNWELCOME and has no type of knowledge on how to make customers feel comfortable at all. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off going anywhere else but here. I stayed right next door at the Courtyard by Marriott and went by a few times since it was very close to me, and every time I stepped foot in there that man would just glare at me. Hudson Market Place is my neighborhood Deli during the Pandemic. I’ve moved all over New York. I’ve been to a lot of Deli’s. I’m not a native to New York. I order similar things usually when I visit any deli. The best hot food here is the California Burger, I recommend requesting grilled chicken rather than a burger because…health?!
