Neels Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in New York

I never leave reviews and up until today this was a favorite of mines I must say I always did delivery and only orders plain pies so I Took my son here for pizza just to get out the house one employee was nice although there was a disconnect in his understanding me the other guy was a douche bag I ordered 2 plain slices and one with chicken and bacon first the guy takes out a frozen fried chicken pattie throws it in the fryer for all of 2 seconds chops it in big chunks and piles it on top of the already massive heap of bacon they put on it also when he took the bacon from wherever it was there was a look of concern and a conversation with someone before he decided to put it on top of the pizza so I told them I was not taking it the pizza looked disgusting I asked for it to be replaced with two plain or fixed instead of understanding my concern the douche bag attempts to argue with me walks away about three times to service others once my son was done I attempted to settle my tab once more he begans again as I am talking to the nicer employee I told the rude one to please stop I did not have time for this I made it clear I speak Spanish a bit as well so he was aware I knew the nonsense he was saying only then I was aloud to pay for what my son ate I paid for the two plain and drink and left still hungry at least my son got to eat...

After waiting almost 3 hours for my delivery, the food showed up stone cold and poor in taste. After the first hour and a half I called the restaurant to find out the status of the order. I was told that A) I should be arriving within 15 mins (actually took another 30) and B) that my address is actually normally too far for them to deliver. Ok, for one thing that is flat insulting considering I can look up their address. It's a 9 minute drive from my apartment. The fact they have the nerve to complain about the distance when in fact they are too lazy to deliver a pizza and still take my money is unprofessional, childish, and embarrassing. Never mind it showed up cold and tasteless. Do your self a favor, if your looking for pizza, there are plenty of pizza places around that will deliver from farther and arrive faster and warmer. Because frankly I'm regretting that I didn't order from Domino's...

I use to like this place. Unfortunately, I had ordered a chicken soup and salad. The soup tasted like soap. I asked the guy over the phone, (I believe his name is "Frantz or Fraun," his English was a little unclear.) If I could speak to a manager or owner and I was told he was not there. I called back later in the afternoon and "Frantz" told me that the owner wasn't there but he will give me a credit of $4.50, the cost of the soup. When I tried to call for a delivery with my credit Frantz claims he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I finally received the owner's number and he claims no one knows what I'm talking about! $4.50 isn't alot of money, but it's the principle! I spent $100's of dollars at this establishment, but I will NEVER AGAIN!! My next step is reporting them...
