BEWARE! This place is a HUGE SCAM. If you car ends up in their possesion, GET IT OUT IMMEDIATELY! Our insurance company sent them to tow our car after a horrible accident ( our first one). They not only were holding the car hostage, but they were trying to charge our insurance over 1500 for a one night storage fee. Additionally, they had my car parked on the street as opposed to in a lot. They refused to answer the phone when my insurance company called and once they did answer, a fraudulent man named John to say they were a different company. I had to call the COPS! And then when I did have another company pick the car up, they tired to take it to a junk yard and have it auctioned off! John who runs the company under different alias's is a scammer and a coward. He tired to take advantage of me. PLEASE BEWARE. if you come into contact with them, GET OUT! This places needs to be shut down...

SCAM!!! I am so sorry for anyone that has the worst luck to have an encounter with them because they actually caused so much emotional and mental distress that I wonder how the people that work there go to sleep at night thinking they are decent people. They wrongfully took our car and despite there being evidence that they are in the wrong. So it’s literally the fact that there is evidence that they are in the wrong yet act so self-righteous. I respect that you have a job to do but once it gets to a point where you are going out of your way to target people and just need to find ways to make a quick buck is malicious. Our company's truck had a dead battery on Roosevelt Island and I looked up a company ASAP since our driver's routes will be ruined if it wasn't fixed quick. I didn't catch who I spoke to, but they picked up so quick and I didn't realize my phone sound had issues but they weren't rude about it and texted instead. I know NY traffic is terrible, but they got to my driver in 45 minutes and it was resolved fast. I'm a fan of personable and fast service, and that's what they delivered. I've used different NY companies in the past for a variety of truck problems and the experience was nowhere near what I had here! Thank you guys! Will 100% be using you again if...
