The customer service of this place is just atrocious. The old man who stalks you throughout the store pressuring you into buying their products. Me and a group of friends came in with the intent of buying some Kobe's and Kyrie's. We were asked about why we were in his store, we told him that we are looking for some sneakers. He said scoffed "Just looking...? Right..." as if he thought we were going to steal his overpriced sneakers. After two minutes he screamed from across the store "If you're just looking then you better look elsewhere, don't waste my time" Mind you we didn't even talk to this guy because of his initial attitude. If you have the money, bring it to a place who serves their customers the right way than trying to a place thats just trying to make a quick buck. Shame!

Response to the owner below:

I'm sure you purchased all those reviews like how sure you were with us having no interest with buying anything. If we were not interested in purchasing why would we even enter your establishment? Wonderful, we would have known that you didn't sell Kyrie's had you not given us a terrible attitude while we were trying to determine that. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the mindset of the place you want to want to bring your business to, right? A place that an owner patronizes their potential customers even on Google Reviews! Double...

I was recommended by friends to go to HypeClub because my sons wanted shoes that were hard to find and we were told that HypeClub stocks hard to find shoes. The store is organized, well stocked and they have a great selection of shoes. They also have a huge selection of gently worn sneakers. Our Salesperson was Alex who was wonderful and very helpful. Alex is knowledgeable and helped guide us with suggestions for what to buy, without putting pressure on us to make a purchase. The other thing that stood out to us, was the pricing. The prices on the shoes were more than fair as we compared prices with other stores. Alex’s son Zachary who checked us out was very nice and professional. It is such a pleasure to do business with a company that cares about their customers and provides excellent service. We have friends coming to town around the holidays and are excited that we will be taking them to HypeClub. It’s really the best place to shop for a great selection, excellent customer service and very...

Hype Club is the best sneaker store in NYC. I was in NYC for a few days and wanted to check out some kicks. I had done some research and had a plan of stores to hit. I went to a few mainstream stores (totally disappointed) and then to Hype Club. I was greeted, told where my size was and made my way down to check out what was on offer. Selection was amazing, and luckily my size was next to where the OG Alex was sitting, got chatting and I was looking at 4’s and noticed the olive/green crafts, he said they hadn’t released yet and I was sold. OG Alex was a legend, even gave me a recommendation on the best pizza around. Truly exceptional experience. I checked out a few more store over the next few days and realised Hype Club have the best price on kicks, no need to shop around, hit up Hype Club NYC straight away. So good I came back and copped 4 more pairs!

P.S. the pizza was delicious,...

EDIT answering stores response. The shoes you sell are over priced and way over used for the prices you’re asking. Let's not even talk about what this shop cashes people out and sells the same sneakers used or new for double or triple for what the shop pays. I understand it’s a business but your shop is bad business take the review as it is or cope with it. Way over prices store rude staff plus rude old man who I’m guessing owns the shop and dirty used shoes. I’m a New Yorker and I know the price of kicks but I took my family from Europe here and once they saw the used shoes in the store and the overpriced kicks of the new and used shoes plus the condition my cousin took her business elsewhere If you been to hypeclub you will understand why I put the starwars character up.

Great experience, came in to buy the Chicago lost and found and was the only store in the area to have it. Staff is very friendly and the place is well kept.

Sold me a mismatched pair of Yeezy 350 v2 frozen yellows a while ago, didn’t want to write a review then but am writing it now as I’ve had them for years and worn them twice. The right shoe is real and from 9/17 and the left shoe is fake and from 8/18. When I originally bought them I didn’t think to check the other shoe because they showed me the right and the box and were super nice. When I called to resolve it they said there was nothing they could really do and I live over 2 hours away so I couldn’t just go in to talk in person without a refund guarantee (not worth my time).
