I bought 2 items from their website and had a great experience. I actually bought 3 and they canceled one item which is fine because i saw the disclaimer on their site which said that they prioritize in-person orders and that this may happen. Makes sense. I got a ā€˜vintage’ coach bag for my friend for about $40 and its exactly what she was looking for- she loved it. Condition was next to perfect. I got my other friend a ā€˜vintage’ gucci bag for about $300 and the condition was fantastic. I actually decided to keep it for myself and get my friend something non thrifted because this bag was the deal of the century. I always wanted this exact style of bag and gucci no longer makes/ sells this style so i was so happy to get this second-hand at a great price. Did not feel the need to get it authenticated myself because the quality is so great it speaks for itself. Im not someone who likes to spend a lot of money on clothes/ accessories so spending $300 was a lot for me to ā€˜risk’ but its not actually a risk because they have an awesome return policy. I will be getting a lot of my future gift-needs from their website - i even downloaded the app. This store has lots of negative reviews because of the amount they offer sellers but if you are a buyer- this is a MUST go to store. Personally, i think if you arent happy with the money they offer you as a seller why dont you just go sell somewhere else instead of bashing them ? - smh people its a business not a public service lol. Thank you for the bag of my dreams <3 ps: i suck at taking pics but trust me she is a beaut to me.

GO TO VINTAGE TWIN INSTEAD!! This store is RACIST and DISCRIMINATING

Had a really bad experience in Scond St NoHo. I came to the store with my mom this past Tuesday, and as we were walking pass the checkout, a lady (with a rainbow colored hair) stopped us with a very very rude attitude demanding that we leave our bags with the guard.

We told her that the guard at the door gave us the ok to go inside, and she didn“t care and insisted. We were reluctant because we had almost three thousand dollars on cash, but proceeded to do so...

The store has a good selection but we we“re followed by a guard the 20 o 25 minutes we were there. Regardless of the treatment, I bought a 250 dlls coat and the same lady almost throwed the bag at me after I paid..

When leaving the store, two different girls went inside with designer bags and they WERENT ASKED TO LEAVE their bags.. I dont care if a store asks me to leave my bag, what I do care is when people have this kind of DISCRIMINATION and also the tone and the bad treatment

I dont know whether it was a race thing, or the way we were dressed... We probable were a little sloppy with our clothing (because we were travelling that day), but my mom a CFO of a mayor company and could have bought anything she wanted...and I own a lawfirm... Again, not that that matters, everyone should be treated equal with the same policies..

We wanted to keep on shopping but didn“t do so because of the disgusting treatment... The happy ending was that we went to VINTAGE TWIN and the people were amazing!! They helped a lot choosing and styling! We left with 4 amazing jackets..

Glad I didn“t leave my money at this racist store (btw youre selling thrift clothing... Not even new designer clothes I don“t understand the attitude, not that selling new clothes would be an excuse), I definitely...

They make you wait for 5 hours to have a ā€œspecialistā€ take a look at your item Once you come back it can be more than 5 hours so you have to wait more This specialist have no clue what is she/ he doing, no idea about the luxury items you bring so they wanted to give me 130$ for a Gucci special edition mini marmont, and when I asked them why they said this was a ā€œwallet on a chainā€ they have no idea about how items are categorized and if the item is a limited edition or collectible which makes it even more special. *4 months before someone offered me 400$ for the same bag and I said no because price in store was 1200$ and this is a brand new bag with box and all šŸ’Ŗ so they don’t even have a set speech, 3 people can give you 3 prices without any knowledge of what they are saying :)

Also brought Balenciaga knives booties with flower print and they offered me 120$ for them, bran new in the box :) in the meantime I checked that they had for sale silver Balenciaga booties very very worn for 500$ so again the specialist blows my mind! Two more extra cherries on top is that next to me comes a guy with Nike worn shoes and they offered him 90$ 🤣 so new luxury is 120$ and Nike worn is 90$ And to finish the employees were whispering between them how much they were Going to offer me for the boots so that means a bunch of people that has no idea about luxury decided how much to give me ON THE SPOT after waiting...
