I so love that this wonderful store exists in Astoria!! Every time I walk into the store, I walk out with a treasure. Eduardo, owner, is absolutely wonderful and provides the best customer service I have received in a very, very long time. In addition to other home items and gifts I have purchased here, we also purchased a couch . I work for a design firm and the quality of the couch is quite terrific. Also, Eduardo was there for the delivery to ensure excellence of service. And if that's not enough, he showed up with a sample of the material of the couch, and emailed me to ensure my satisfaction. Astoria is so very lucky to have INCASA in the neighborhood. Ever since it opened it has become my go-to for home decor and interior design inspirations. Not only do they carry beautiful pillows and tableware but they also do custom work. Eduardo—the owner, who is just wonderful to stop in and chat with—helped me design seating pillows.
