Jackson Heights Garden Center — Local services in New York

Bad experience from the owner. The woman is very rude , obviously no customer service experience. I inquired on the charges and she started yelling at me. This is how she treated me after I bought $69 worth of snake plant, pots and soil.

The owner obviously from a middle eastern background and the woman is probably homophobic for the way she treated us.

I am into supporting a new local business but I discourage the LGBT community around Jackson Heights in supporting this homophobic place.

I won’t recommend this place, I’d rather shop at Amazon or somewhere else. I refunded my money.

I am a long-time gardener. This place has a middling selection of plants in various states of health from unhealthy to sick. Many are in pots that are too small.

The worst part of this business is the customer sevice. No discounts for large ourchases ir repeat business, they reftse to repot a root bound plants that they charg a lot of money for.
