Always been a regular customer. But today they must have a new person (or she just didn’t care to provide service) taking orders and refused to have my order delivered for the first time out of 50 times ordering from them. She decided to take it upon herself and change the minimum delivery to $20. I asked if I should ordered from seamless but she stated she can cancel it. She then stated that the delivered boy didn’t want to deliver to my address which is only less then 1/2mile. Let me be clear I always given 30-40% tip. I then asked for a the manger or supervisor and of course she said they aren’t working today. She also left me on hold without muting the phone and I was able to hear the conversation. I previously gave this place many chances after they screwed up my order several times without any issues. Really disappointed on Lorena’s customer services skills. Read moreMy family and I are very frequent customers and usually have never had an issue with the food or service. Recently we ordered about $30 worth of food. We live not even 10 blocks away, after an hour of waiting I called the restaurant and was told they are busy and give it 5 minutes and she hung up. After more waiting I contacted seamless and they told me to continue waiting as they had advised. An entire hour and a half passed before we received the food and by then it was cold/not warm anymore. Seamless agreed to refund me the order.
The restaurant decided to call me repeatedly to suggest it wasn't fair. I told them the order was extremely late, cold, and there was no help or communication on their end. I even spoke to the manager who suggested they would send someone to my house again to pick up the food which was ridiculous and I've never even heard of. I ordered chicken and also ribs and I only got the chicken and not even the right size. I never ordered rice and they sent me rice. I called them and from the minute I mentioned that my order was wrong they got so defensive and rude. The lady who takes the orders basically told me that she was too busy to be wasting her time talking to me. I requested to be transfer to a manager she responded that he was also busy and did not have time either. She was extremely rude. I offered to send pictures because at at point I felt that the least they could do as a business was to offer me an apology and she was screaming that they did not have emails, nothing where I could make a complaint.
