AG Deli — Restaurant in New York

I went today after waiting 3 weeks (times is hard). My first visit, about 3 wks ago was wonderful. I had the beer battered fish and chips. It was So good it had me eager to taste the calamari. What a heart breaking experience. 1ST the calamari I'd been yearning for turned into a plate of rubberbands in front of my eyes, cooked, I'd say, a full 60 seconds longer then needed. Trying to give the cook a break and NOT start stuff, I whispered "overcooked" to the hostess and ordered the fish and chips. How they managed to cook the fish and leave the inside batter, doughy, I've no clue. I spent $34.90 (or somewhere a'bouts) for total disappointment. It's not about the money, it was about the food and looking forward to something good.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But Money IS TOO HARD to come by for this. Your prices are nice and the hostesses are quite accommodating (which is why it is 3 stars instead of 1). Try it yourselves!.Just bring the quality of the dishes up. This way, all of us struggling in the surrounding neighborhood can have something nice to look forward to at the end of...

This place is amazing. I got the Bronx Glazed. My daughter got their tenders. 1st I was semi disappointed that my burger didn't come with sauce, lettuce and tomato. However, even with it being just a plain burger with cheese it still was amazing. I figured it would be 1 donut cut in half.... no it was 2 glazed donuts. Then the donuts were nice and warm. My daughters tenders weren't something that came out the freezer. Given now they probably did but they were breaded with something sweet which made them delicious. Their fries we didn't do hand cut but even the fries tasted sweet. I plan on going back and getting their tacos and maybe even a salad. Everything is extremely fairly priced. Their presentation is amazing and the shop is so clean and hip. This is definitely somewhere I'd want to go back...

First things first, I’m pretty excited about this place because it’s not your typical mcdonalds, wendys and boring fast food. Everythings freshly made! Staff was nice, owner is an awesome guy really friendly. Me and my boyfriend went in here for lunch and he got tenders wt fries and I got a philly cheese steak wt mozzarella and a side of fries. Really enjoyed it onlllly thing I didnt like was that they add lettuce and tomato to the philly cheese steak😅 next time i’ll ask for that off but other then that we deff will be back!
