The decision to have a tummy tuck was not an easy one for me. I have been blessed my entire life with a great physique, even after having 2 children- 10lbs & 8lbs. He throughly explained my condition of muscle separation, otherwise known as diastasis- and explained why no amount of abdominal workout repair the damage.
