I came to Arch Angels NYC to have the "Diva Brows" (Nano + Ombre) microblading/shading procedure done by the amazing Daly on 7/2/20. As I am a natural blonde with fair skin, it's very difficult to find an artist (in NYC) who specializes in and has years of experience working with blonde brows, let alone one that is a PHI Academy certified Master. She and her technician Alexandra made me feel at home and incredibly comfortable so as to shake off any nerves I had, as this is a life changing, semi-permanent experience. Just a tip, please prepare for your initial appointment to take several hours as Daly, being a highly professional perfectionist, will spend over an hour consulting, mapping, shaping and reshaping your brows prior to microblading and shading. She ensures client satisfaction and talks you through every step of the process. Her bedside manner is incredibly sweet and calming. She has a great understanding of color theory and skin tones, so, for fellow blondes, rest assured she will have and use a variety of ink shades so as to ensure the most natural looking depth, stroke and color. Daly continuously checked in with me to see what I wish to add in terms of color, shading and strokes, and had me either sit up or lay down throughout the procedure to check how the brows "sit" on the face. After four hours, we were done and I was thoroughly amazed and in love with my new brows! Once the session was complete, a follow-up /touch-up appointment was made (4-6wks after) and Daly provided a packet of Golden Brows After Care Pads (to be used for first 2 hours after procedure), a pair of PhiPatches (sterile and waterproof adhesive PU dressing to be worn overnight) as well as a tube of AfterInk ointment (used from day 3 until touch-up day). It has now been only a few days since I had them done, but I am extremely happy I came here and let Daly create a masterpiece. My eyebrows are a product of the 1990’s. Like most girls I over plucked to the point of no return. Since then, I have been exhaustedly filling them in only to be consistently disappointed by my lack of precision. So when I heard about microblading I became obsessed with the process.

For two years I researched and followed artists on IG trying to learn everything I could about the best techniques and necessary certifications and expertise that I would want an artist to have. I knew that I wanted someone who was Phibrow certified due to the rigorous learning process it entails. That’s when I found Daly at Arch Angels NYC.

From the moment we spoke on the phone I knew I had made the right choice. Daly immediately asked me to send photos of my brows undone, photos of how they look when I have them made up, and of course photos of brows I like. Even though my appointment wasn’t for a month, Daly wanted to know exactly what she was working with. She does her homework!

When the day of my appointment finally arrived, I was super excited but also incredibly nervous. Daly set me at ease instantaneously. She’s amazing! The scope of her knowledge when it comes to eyebrows and PMU is mind blowing. She took me through everything step by step before beginning the procedure. The amount of attention she payed towards mapping out my bone structure and the perfect brow shape for my face was so impressive and incredibly comforting. She’s a true perfectionist and believe me that is exactly what you want when you’re getting a semi-permanent tattoo on your face.

It’s now been 1 week since the procedure and the healing process has been EXACTLY as she said it would be. I love my new brows and I’m so excited for my retouch appointment in 5 weeks. If you are considering microblading look no further, Daly is your girl!

I had a wonderful experience with Magda that did my microblading. After a very bad microblading experience 2 years ago I did much more research this time and decided on Arch Angels as the way to go. My research paid off. The office itself was by far the nicest, cleanest one I have been too and I have been to a few for consultations. It is also the only one I have been to that you are escorted into your own room with a door that can be closed for privacy. The first time I had it done I was on table in a large room with several other tables just a few feet apart from someone else. This is what I observed at other consultations too. So privacy was a pleasant surprise. Magda spent time listening to my past microblading experience before she began looking at my brows and offering suggestions and advice to go along with what I was hoping for as an outcome. She drew in the perfect brow shape that was slightly different than what I had been used to but was so much better. We discussed how I would benefit from doing shading as well so I agreed to that also. I was excited to do this and my nerves were gone. She was meticulous throughout the procedure. Talking as she worked to let me know how it was looking and and progressing. Final result, amazing. I can not believe the magic she worked with how little brow of my own I had to work with. I'm excited for my follow up with her and will definitely not go anywhere else.
