I was very afraid going to the dentist so I let my teeth get very bad to the point where I had to do a lot of extractions. I was searching for a great dentist and I stumbled on Dr. Chen's profile online and I read the reviews and I felt very safe and not afraid. So I decided to call an make an appointment to see him. When I got there the staff was very friendly and full of smiles. When I finally met Dr.Chen I felt even more comfortable and we chatted like we knew each other for a long time. He listened happily while I explained to him how I let my teeth go and didn't visit a dentist for over 10+years. He then examined me and reassured me that he can definitely fix my teeth. I had one extraction with bone grafting done and I was sedated. When I was done I left feeling so confident and well cared for. Dr Chen called me personally the same night to find out how I was doing. I have more extraction to do with both grafting and then implants. I highly recommend Dr.Chen and his staff and I feel reassured that when it 's all done I will be able to have a broad smile on my face. The price is a little more than normal for me but, I am willing to make the sacrifice and pay for the quality care that is being provided by Dr.Chen and his entire staff. After having three teeth extracted the previous day at your sister location on the fifth floor, one extraction bled actively and heavily. I hadn't slept all night due to the bleeding and was sent to Dr. Edwards, who was on call the following morning. I was extremely uncomfortable, in pain, and utterly exhausted. Thankfully, Dr. Edwards was incredibly kind and reassuring. In fact, the entire staff on the 14th floor was very accommodating once they understood my situation and immediately offered help. However, I truly believe Dr. Edwards saved the day.

I was initially told that I likely did something to prevent the extraction from clotting properly, which left me feeling frustrated and confused because I had followed all the instructions carefully. However, Dr. Edwards examined the area closely after removing the stitches and assured me I hadn't done anything wrong. He went above and beyond to help me, stopping the bleeding further and reducing the swelling. I left his office feeling relieved, much more comfortable, and pain-free.
