Great shirts! In 2014 I got my first MR custom shirt while visiting Tribeca (actually went there to go to the Ludlow Shop next door...and didnt buy anything there!). Julie graciously welcomed me into the shop and introduced me to the concept, which, at that time was a concept for which I was unfamiliar...a custom shirt? Why, yes! Julie explained all the measurements and approach to sizing the perfect fitting shirt and explained all the options I had in designing my first shirt. While I was there I even got to chat with the Founder, Manuel. A few weeks later I got my first shirt and it fit perfectly. Whenever I wear it I feel super confident knowing it fits so well and looks so sharp. I get compliments often. 2 years later, the shirt still fits, no issues whatsoever and I continue to wear it for those special occasions. I also ordered my second MR shirt 2 years later and was able to email Julie to let her know to make a few micro adjustments to my chest area due to working out for 2 years my chest was a bit larger. No problem, she adjusted on my profile and I received my shirt in just a couple weeks. I am a loyal customer and will continue to probably buy a shirt a year from MR,...

Stopped by the store after the window displays caught my eye. I love bespoke fashion but can be a bit of a critical person towards bespoke retailers as the staff can be rude and snobby. However, that was not the case here. Aside from the upbeat, colorful ambiance, the staffer here— Christian I believe— was very patient and knowledgeable about the variety of fabrics. They were able to give me insight into what types of fabrics and colors would most suit my complexion as well as give recommendations for different seasons.
