Simply AMAZING!! Stephanie is a dream!

I was flying out to NYC for the Lady Gaga & Tony Bennett final show at Radio City Music Hall and wanted to get all dolled up! COVID lock down has been gloomy and I was more than ready to get out and have a great night on the town. I am pretty relaxed with minimal makeup on my day to day, I live in Hawaii and live in shorts, tanks and sandals, so really needed some help to ensure my night was perfectly balanced!

I started to look for makeup artists who would travel, since I was only visiting I did not want to have to worry about finding a salon or a shop and dealing with traffic. Stephanie called me as soon as I booked and we chatted about a few things I wanted, and double confirmed our appointment for the following week.

She showed up on time, with every kind of makeup I would ever need. I showed her my dress (A Roberto Cavali formal length gown) and this set the mood. I let her do what she felt was appropriate and I could not have been more pleased!

After she finished my makeup, she helped me to pick my jewelry and then we went down to the Salon of the hotel (Bacarat) and she took some amazing pictures. My date and I turned heads all night long, the show was amazing and I was super sad to clean my face at the end of the night!

If you are in town for special night out and want a glamorous makeup artist who can rival that of makeup artists to the stars, Stephanie is your woman! I truly cannot thank her enough, turning 45 this last week was rough, but Stephanie helped me to remember that there is a super cute girl when I get out of PJs and leave the house!

I don’t know where to start… Stephanie and Rika are fantastic! I booked LadyGlam NYC for my wedding in early November. I went through a makeup & hair trial with them prior to the event and absolutely loved their work. We set up a contract for myself and 5 others for day of hair/makeup. Stephanie and Rika were professional, friendly, fun and extremely sweet. My friends, family and I had such a great experience with them. They took wonderful care of everyone. Rika did absolutely beautiful natural makeup for us, it was exactly what we had envisioned. She was super considerate and kind as well. Stephanie styled our hair fabulously and really took care of my mom who had been stressed that morning. She went out of her way to give my mom a scalp massage and help to make her feel pampered which I greatly appreciated. The hair and makeup for all of us came out gorgeous and lasted from 10am to 1am (through the after party). All of us absolutely loved Steph and Rika, they were a delight to work with. I had to plan on a very last minute wedding ceremony. It was really difficult finding a hair and makeup artist who was willing to discuss these things last minute with me. But Stephanie was very understanding and accommodating. She met with me on the wedding day at 7am to help getting ready.

Stephanie with her various cultural background, she is a truly talented makeup artist who can easily pivot her makeup style according to the bride and her clients’ request. I personally am more influenced with East Asian culture as I was born and raised in South Korea. For my wedding I wanted to move away from too much contouring. Stephanie heeded to my request and found ways to provide makeup coverage and still soften my round face and pronounced jawlines.
