This place has terrible customer service. They never answer their phone which makes it nearly impossible to get through to someone to make an appointment. I had been calling for over a week to make a two week refill appointment and when I finally got through to make an appointment they told me I'd still be charged the higher fee for a three week refill even though THEY didn't answer THEIR phone. While was waiting for my technician I overheard another displeased customer who was being charged a "no show" fee and who's voucher had been redeemed because no one answered the phone when she called to cancel. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Response: I understand the need to save face with a response but if the case is as you explained below, perhaps your receptionists aren't doing as great a job as you think. And your customers shouldn't be held accountable for their shortcomings in their position. Either way you put it, it's POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had my lashes done yesterday 12/11/21, in this location. I was expecting good quality service, for the price I paid. I had an event the following day, I wanted to look good, but I end up feeling and looking horrible. I told the lady my eyes were burning while she was putting me lashes, I thought it will go away and I’ll be fine after. Today my eyes hurt so much and they are very red. Hopefully I don’t get an infection, I’ll check with my doctor. I don’t know if the lady that did my lashes was either using cheap glue, or if she didn’t sterilized her tweezers. I wasted my money and time, and end up with severe pain. I had to removed the lash extensions the next day.

The lady who did my facial was very kind but clearly didn't know what she was doing. My extractions hurt WAY more than any other facial I’ve ever had (I literally had tears running down my face from the pain) and whatever tool she was using caused me to leave with FOUR pimples full of blood because she tried to extract pimples that weren't ready to pop. So now I have four really dark marks on my face that I have to wait for to go away and PRAY that they don’t leave me permanently scarred.
