CASH ONLY they have a card machine but lie to you about being able to pay by card, then forcing you to use their ATM. SCAMMY and RUDE. My blowout lasted an hour tops.
Stopped in for the TT blowout but asked if they could take credit cards as payment before we got started. They said yes of course, but because my hair is “long” (touches my shoulders) there would be a $10 up charge. I agreed and the hair wash & scalp massage was amazing!!! This was so relaxing.
When I moved to the chair for a blow dry, the stylist didn’t use any product or heat protectant on my hair, and one light mist of hairspray at the end. While getting my blowout, I watched the employees give another customer a very hard time about paying by credit card - they eventually allowed her to pay partially by card and partially in cash.
my total was $45 and I had $20 cash - I would have stopped at an ATM before starting my service if they declined taking cards. When it was time for me to pay, they absolutely refused to take my card and demanded I use their ATM. I reminded them that they said I could pay card, and I would give them cash tip, and I could literally see the card machine that they let another customer use. They told me no, so I reluctantly took some money from the ATM. I was with a friend whose card was not working at the ATM, so I took out just enough cash for us both. After taking the cash out, we were told that her services were an extra $10. This means that our planned cash tip of 30% was now at 15%. After everything, I was not paying them another $5 to use their ATM when all of this could have been solved by just allowing me to pay by card.
They were VERY rude when I gave them the tip and started yelling “this tip, for four people? Only this much” like yeah dude, I always planning going to give you 20-30% tip in cash and pay the rest card but you forced me to...
Read moreAs you can see I had reddish copper hair and my roots were coming in. I wanted to go sliver. Sliver is already hard to achieve and on top of that they had to deal with the red color and the ingrown roots. I knew my hair would be a challenge for any hair salon. I had a bad experience the first time I went sliver and decided why not give it a try again at another hair salon. I bumped into this place by chance and I’m glad I did. The price was very reasonable for the bleach and the toners used on me. It honestly came out so much better than I have hoped. I’m impressed they were able to actually give me the same color from roots to tips. I’m also shocked that it was all in one setting too.
My hair is actually in good conditions for it being bleached until almost white. I didn’t ask for a haircut or any other service since I’m pretty satisfied with my haircut and the wash was gentle and very thorough.
The service was also impeccable. They all worked together to help each other. The teamwork is very friendly among them that it makes the salon feel cozy and welcoming. I also have a fear of going to a place where I don’t understand the language since I have anxiety disorder however they were very nice and made jokes with me. I can tell they did their best to make me feel comfortable in their salon. They even went overtime. I felt bad for making them stay longer.
The person who mostly did my hair was male. I forgot to ask for his name. However he was very attentive and gentle with the whole process. He seems very knowledgeable about hair coloring and even though there was a language barrier we both manage to laugh at the same things.
I attached pictures of my before and my after. Hope this helps! I...
Read moreIt’s my first time in the salon, everything was great, I just went to get some layers, show him a picture on how I wanted it, he did deliver with the haircut, while the lady was washing my hair she was massaging my head and shoulders which is nice for a couple 5 minutes, I came back to the male stylist and he ask if I want my hair curl or just natural I decide to go for curl and he did a good job, everything cost me $35 cuz I had (medium-long hair) for short hair it’s $25 (it has to be really short like Dora) I decide to pay in cash I gave him $50 dollars meaning the rest is tip and he show me a sign demanding for tip and I told him that I gave him $50 dollars (5 of $10 dollars bill) meaning I gave $15 dollar tip and explained they can keep the rest, he seems to ask me that I need to decide how much to tip each (himself and the hair wash lady) so I say okey just split it meaning ($7.5 each) he looks at me with disappointment and hate and asking for more tip to the point to tell me I can pay tip by card too, I feel so bad because he won’t let me leave without tipping so I took a $5 bill and say here now you both have $10 each now but the guy just give the entra $5 dollar to the lady like if that’s the only tip I left for the both of them, on my way reaching the door to leave, he keeps saying thank you in an annoying way like he didn’t want to see me again but have in mind that he keep those $15 dollars tips by himself, so I basically paid $55 dollars tip included haircut. I do recommend you pay what you ask for first like my haircut which was $35 and then tip them separately after and handing the tip yourself to avoid this kind...
