BEWARE OF GROUPON SCAM!!! Purchased GROUPON, called and left messages for appointment without receiving a call back, and made the treck all the way out there (on a drizzly day no less), just to find no signs of life. It was also difficult to find, not a storefront, inside an office building, and a different business name on door. Rang bell and knocked, didn’t see a light or hear any sounds from inside. I went with the Groupon ratings, which are glowing but should have checked here also. Apparently they are slobs AND thieves. A total SCAM. Made a complaint with Groupon and will with the city as well. I wonder if they’re even actually licensed....

Spa Pedi & light manicure I bought this through Groupon to try a new place in my area. I thought it was a good deal until I got there. To find this place is difficult to start. The lady that manages this place is lovely and friendly, but this place it is extremely dirty and everything was dirty which made my experience uncomfortable. The pedicure and manicure were also bad, but after seeing everything dirty all I wanted was to leave. Again the staff is lovely and sweet but this place is just so dirty and they didn’t really do a good job with my manicure and pedicure. So I do not recommend to anyone. I hope whoever is the owner can start...

Please Refund Me I thought a $25 mani/pedi was a good deal until I called on Wednesday 11/29/23 at 4pm to set an appointment. I left a voicemail and there was no callback. I checked out the place since I was nearby. It’s on the second floor and looks more like a residence than a nail salon - wooden opaque door instead of a glass door. I rang the bell. It didn’t work. I knocked and no one answered the door. More than 24 hours later, I still haven’t heard from them yet.
