Tried this place for the first time last week - the pictures are about 4 days out from my appointment. Pros - great attention to detail, clean salon, comfortable, quiet with music not too loud, technicians were polite. Pedicure was fantastic and the best I’ve gotten in the city, they massaged well too. Also price was $70 for dip mani and regular pedi, a great deal! Cons - it took 2.5 HOURS just for dip mani and regular pedi and I was the only one in the salon with two technicians. One technician was doing everything and the other one was just sitting there the whole time - the only thing she helped with was soaking off my powder nails. I’ve been to other salons in the city where they’re able to multitask and be very efficient with the same if not better results. Also the zoomed in picture of my pinky nail shows a large cut on the nail bed that bled and was very painful, caused by the force that the technician was using when filing my nails. She handled it well with immediate antiseptic solution but I’ve gotten dip nails done at another UES salon many many times and this has never happened. My nail beds were hurting really badly at the end of this. Not sure if it was because it was glitter and require more cleaning up? Anyways, this is a great place overall but I did want to mention some things I didn’t like. I may come back here for pedicures but I have another go to place on UES for dip mani.

I just moved to the neighborhood and was anxious about finding a new nail salon that I loved. I assumed I would have to try a few out before I found "my place". I already came here twice this month and I don't plan on going elsewhere! The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. The pedicure chairs have the massage feature – and ACTUALLY feel good. They have an amazing selection of polish colors. The pricing is very reasonable (especially with their "summer deals"). Service is wonderful. I highly recommend!

I tried to give this place so many chances, but a lot of the people there do things the easy/fast way. I went last week for a regular manicure for $18, an hour after I left everything was chipping and lifting. The nail tech who did this manicure asked for a tip before the job was finished, it was very uncomfortable as a customer.

I went again this week for gel extensions, and they were unable to do coffin shape (continuously kept doing round/stiletto shaped and insisted it was coffin), so I ended up with giant square nails and was charged $95. My nails look horrible now which is very frustrating when you spend good money like that, and I have to file them myself to get what I originally asked for.

The owner is very nice and place looks clean, but I wouldn't recommend. I will definitely not be...
