I have been a client at Smooth Synergy for 2.5+ years. I absolutely love this hidden gem in midtown east! I was first referred to SS by my dermatologist when looking for a cosmedical spa for facials. I have had over a dozen facials, face peels, micro sessions and laser hair removal for different areas. I absolutely 100% trust their products, techniques and that I will have a great experience every time I go.

My appointments are usually in the evening after a long stressful day at work and there is something soothing and calming about being there. I have referred a few friends and they have been very happy as well. The front desk girls, Nancy and Arielle are always welcoming and super accomodating with scheduling. Michelle, my esthetician is the BEST EVER. I have always had issues with skin breakouts and after going to her for a while on a consistent basis (every 4-6 weeks for facial) my skin is glowing. I am originally travelling from Miami for an appointment for an estrogen pellet insertion as well as accompanying my mother for her appointment for hair regrowth. Being greeted by Dr. Liakeas at the front desk, I was utterly surprised by how kind and compassionate he was towards my mom with her condition and how attentive he was with me as well. With my mother, he was able to do the procedure in a very gentle manner in a matter of 2 hours and in a painless way. As for me, he along with Dr. Hernandez advised against a hormonal procedure due to my young age and instead steered me in a more favorable direction on regards with my ailments. He is the only doctor I know who I immediately feel very safe and family oriented instead of just a number in the system. I would 100% recommend going to this medical spa for any procedure you need. I recently visited Dr. George Liakeas and Nicole Liakeas’ new concierge medical practice and boutique med spa on the Upper East Side, and I was seriously impressed. The space is stunning—super sleek, yet warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design, and everything has a really high-end feel.

Dr. Liakeas is amazing—he takes his time with you, listens carefully to any concerns, and really customizes your care. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Nicole, who runs the med spa, is just as fantastic. She’s super knowledgeable about aesthetics and makes sure every treatment is tailored just for you.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, creating a vibe that’s both relaxed and top-notch. Whether you’re there for a check-up or a spa treatment, it’s a seamless experience that leaves you feeling pampered and cared for.
