My mother always shops in this store. She's been coming here for years. I came in here with her a couple of months ago. The store had a 40% promotion on everything there. She chose 3 items. She presented a $20 reward card and a $15 birthday card. The cashier accepted both cards, scanned them and threw them in the garbage. My mother charged the purchase to her loft card. As we were leaving the store, I looked at the receipt and realized that the birthday card did not reflect on the price. We returned to the cashier to ask what happened and if we could have the card back and use it another time. The cashier couldn't return the card because it was already ripped up and in the garbage. She said she scanned both cards and she didn't know why one of the cards wasn't showing. After trying to figure it out for about 30-45 minutes with the 2 cashiers and the manager, they couldn't do anything better, but to charge everything all over again, discount one of the items by $15 from the original tag price, then take 40% off the new price...long story short, the price we ended up with was only $7 less than the first. But that's not the point... after receiving the statement, my mother was charged for both purchases???!! I called customer service on two occasions explaining to them the situation and I was told twice that they will remove the first charge from the card and that my mom will only pay for the second purchase. They kept on removing the charge and then putting it back on the next statement, WTH?? I am so pissed off with the sales people and the stupid customer service over the phone. They are so clueless about anything that is going on, all they care about is just making a sale. They don't want to honor the mailed discounts to frequent shoppers. And they sneakily throw away the coupons pretending to scan them in, in hopes that customers will not notice it. To this day we cannot resolve this matter with them. The total bill now is more than what the 3 items would have been with their original price without any promotions or coupons. We will not be coming back to this store anymore. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere you will be appreciated as a customer and not ripped off like...

I wish I knew the name of the first sales women I met. She was short and an asset to this store. She treated me with such professionalism. I was so happy and wanted to buy everything in the store. When you have good kind sales people helping you - it’s a good thing. It I was to rate this store I would give it a million stars! Ladies, listen to me go to this store!! You will not regret! I just went to buy a gift for my wife and the store is very clean and the clothing they have are really great and affordable. Having said that, the employee not only doesn't greet you at the entrance when she sees you, she doesn't even respond to the " good aft ernoon ". She doesn't help you and stay away from you. Very rude. At the cashier she asked me for 3 cents in order to give me back a whole dollar ,I have 2 cents and 10 cents, I said take the 10 cents, she refused and said "that's ok " thinking that she will give back the dollar, but no ,she gave me all the change and laugh about it.
