Don’t walk - run the other way. I had such a negative experience here that I want the community to be aware. I am concerned that the therapists are not properly trained, not taking feedback and might injure others like they hurt me.
Have been going to this place for 4 years now-- never had a bad massage. I am not always sure about what is going on since I can't see while they're massaging, but I think they have walked on my back and used their knees ... whatever they do, I leave feeling amazing.
It is a very clean space and very calming with relaxing music playing. You can sometimes hear the other massages going on, and the curtains that separate the massage areas could probably be a bit wider, but it has never been too much of an issue for me.
They have a rewards card where you get 10 massages (which they write on your card), and after you fill up the card you get a free massage with a value that equals the average of the 10 you paid for.
With the pandemic going on they take your temperature as soon as you walk in, and sign a form with your information and an attestation that you haven't had...
Read moreNo frills massage place, generally they have availability for walk-in's. But the thing is you can be really hit or miss with the therapists. My first few visits were great - good service, timely, and responsive therapist. My last visit, after which I decided I would not return, the therapist rushed through the massage and generally seemed she didn't want to be there. At the end while paying, I tipped her 10% for the decidedly mediocre massage. She snatched the receipt from me to scrutinize my tip amount and then almost spat at me, rudely said "Next time you tip 20%!". It was such aggressive and entitled behavior, I should have made that tip zero. Management - please train your people to not demand tips. You lost a customer. Customers will tip well if the service is good.
