Unsafe at night. Station allows homeless man to sleep there daily who takes up entire bench filled with belongings of garbage. He throws his urine and Chinese food containers. Rats have now returned in full force. BRC homeless outreach cannot assist. Station manager should take some responsibility for cleaning up this problem...
