I wanna post my thoughts for anyone who is looking for good service. I live in CT and go to NYC when I'm looking for gold jewelry. I usually went to a different store when i came down. No longer! I will always shop here at "Lucky Diamond" from this day forward!! I recently purchased a beautiful men's gold Cuban bracelet. It's absolutely gorgeous! I'm a hard customer to please and have an eye for quality and "LD" has it. The staff was very polite, funny and eager to please. Their selection was more than fantastic! I had a Bracelet on hold for like 6 months came to pick it up and the Bracelet they pulled out on me did not look like the exact one from last time. They kinda discussed back and forth with me that I was wrong and made me feel like that as well .
