I don't like to write reviews, because I think it's a waste of time to write a lot. I thought about letting it go, but I still want to share my feelings this time. First, I took my Chrome Hearts ring to the store and only planned to engrave it. They cheated me and charged me twice for the engraving. One was $60 for engraving numbers, and the other was $150 for engraving footprints. I thought it was not expensive in total, so I let they charged me separately. But! I didn't think they would make my ring white. Because it was engraved twice, I went there twice. When the first engraving was done, the words were so small that I couldn't see them, so I asked why the words were so small. At that time, the front desk service named Cindy took it away from my hand without asking. I thought to myself how could this person be so rude. Then she looked for a long time but couldn't see where the words were. I said the words were too small, so they helped me grind them off and engrave the words again. When the ring was taken out, I was completely stunned. The characteristic of Chrome Hearts rings is its own black color. When they gave it to me, I asked why it was so white. Then they shirked responsibility and said that silver will turn white. I thought it was a problem with the polishing, so I didn't say much and left. Then I went home and checked, Chrome Hearts' original black and the later oxidation black are two different things. They ruined my ring the first time. Then the second time, I specifically told them not to make my ring white again. They said yes. Then I took the ring out and it turned white again. But to be honest, it was not as white as the first time. It couldn't be whiter!!! The upstairs and downstairs are separated. The guy who engraved the words downstairs explained to me that if I want to restore it, I can buy a special kind of Chrome Hearts silver jewelry to turn it black again. Then I didn't know what it was. I went home and sent a message to the front desk to ask if she could help me ask what products to buy to restore my ring. Because I only have the phone number of Cindy at the front desk. Then I waited for several days before she replied to me. It really feels like you can't find anyone after she collecting the money. Then almost a week later, she finally replied and told me that if I spend more money, they will help me turn it black. I said I just wanted to know what product the guy downstairs was talking about so I could research it myself. She said no, she wanted me to go back and have them fix it. The price wouldn’t be expensive. I think "you guys broke my ring, and now you want me to go back and fix it???. Excuse me??? Then she specifically emphasized to me that I should take pictures of the inside and outside of it. I still felt strange, but later I thought it was because I took it away directly after the engraving, and they forgot to take pictures for advertising. My Chrome Hearts ring is not only a ring worth hundreds of dollars, but also customized it and waited for more than half a year before it was available. As a result, it was washed and ruined by them, and they still wanted me to take pictures for them to advertise for them. I was really angry. My family scolded me and asked me to ask them for compensation, but I really don’t trust their skills now. I would rather spend more money to send the ring back to the Chrome Hearts main...

Our journey with Magnolia Jewelers started on a cold day in early February, 2024; we had started the ring shopping process relatively late into our wedding planning, and we first walked into 169 Canal St. after having perused some of the surrounding shops that day. I had somewhat of a picture in mind of what I wanted when I walked into that store, and I am thankful for the woman (I didn’t catch her name!) who first recognized that as she showed me a few settings that weren’t quite what I was looking for, and then she waved over to Dolly to send us over across the street to 175 canal st.

Dolly walked outside in the cold in her suit jacket and escorted us over to meet Sandra. Right away, it was magical, to have this combination assisting us! I felt so valued and listened to. Sandra made sure that I would pick a diamond that I would LOVE, once it was on my finger. I could tell that it brought her joy to pair customers with pieces of jewelry that would bring them joy!

While we were there, we got to tour the on-site lab, where the jewelry is made, and it was SUPER cool! Their team can literally design WHATEVER jewelry you want, right inside of their store. We worked with Dolly and Sandra over the course of a few visits and they put us at so much ease. They were quickly able to help my fiancé find a ring that best suit him; he had previously not put as much thought into his own ring as he was so intently focused on helping me create mine! When we did get to pick a diamond, we were able to examine all the qualities and characteristics; we were able to see the GIA certificate, and view the matching numbers within the diamond under the special magnifying glass. It was fun and educational! The ladies have such a PASSION for the work they do.

It was amazing how quickly we were able to get everything done; we came in at a busy time while the lunar new year was being celebrated; Sandra made sure that once we picked a diamond and setting that we wanted, that the production would go quickly! She put a rush on everything so that we could get the rings in time, as we both would be away for the next couple of weekends, leaving only 1 short month before our actual wedding! We got everything done in just under 3 weeks, and that was with the jewelers having a week off in-between. The engraving was included in the process, and Dolly helped us get the words of our choice engraved into the set of rings in the unique font that we chose. When we went to pick up the rings, Sandra went over the care of the jewelry with us and made sure that my precious stone was nice and shiny/ freshly steamed and sparkly before we left. I never really imagined being so involved in creating our own rings, but in the end, it does feel very special to know that we had these rings made just for us. We were so happy with the whole process and we highly recommend the excellent service at Magnolia Jewelers! You have the freedom to create whatever you...

Vincent made the whole "finding the perfect engagement ring" process far less stressful than I thought it would be. From the start, he used his expert knowledge and helped talk me through exactly what I was looking for in terms of the 4 C's, as well as price. Before I even stepped into the shop, he already found the diamond that I was looking for, and the store had the perfect setting to complement the rock, making the whole process very easy and efficient. The rest of the staff even helped out with my indecisiveness. Even after the purchase, he helped my fiance (she said yes, and I think the ring had something to do with it) and I resize her ring on short notice. The entire staff was extremely thoughtful and caring, answering any questions that I had. Vincent even helped me get the ring insured (very important). I could not have asked for a better experience, and will definitely refer to him for any future jewelry needs that I or any friends may have!

UPDATE (12/9/22): After the wonderful experience I had in finding the perfect engagement ring for my then-fiance (now wife!), I had to keep Vincent & team in mind when searching for a ring for my wife for her birthday. Once again, Vincent, Dolly, & Sandra had consulted with me even days before I had visited the (new) store location, which was extremely convenient & appreciated, living in NJ. This, once again, made the process very easy; being able to discuss various options to help me decide what I was even looking for (as I had no clue and am mostly unfamiliar with jewelry in general) ahead of time, as well as pricing, what they had in their inventory, and custom order options. For the quality and experience that they provide, which included being able to actually see the ring get resized and the previously-purchased engagement ring cleaned & checked for loose stones, the price is extremely affordable. Highly recommend, and will definitely...

Came here on a whim and loved the place. The staff were very friendly - they asked what my favorite style was and patiently showed me a wide range of selection that suited my preferences. I ended up getting a pair of earrings and also got my ring cleaned free of charge. Highly recommend and would love to come back again.
