Lovely experience. I booked a massage with hot stones which was very easy to do online, I received an email with a Google calendar invite as well as a text message. Then I rescheduled for an hour later which was also very easy. When I got there it was clean and inviting and the woman at the front desk was very professional. If you book with a Groupon note that you can only come during the week and on the weekends before 10am and after a certain time (I forget it she said 6 or 8). The massage was wonderful. Mike applied the right amt of pressure and the hot stones were great. I heard nothing except water running and light music. This was a better than average massage in a clean space. Nothing fancy. The rooms were right next to each other and had a curtain as a door. If you want a robe and spa water and other frills this isn’t the place for you but I will...

This is my first time here but go to many different spas like this around NYC. Pros - 1. New and clean! Very nice store with clean and new equipment 2. Masseuses wore matching tops that made them seem more professional 3. Cons- 1. Massage was more of a real body rub than a massage, she spent 80% of time just rubbing more oil on me and using palm of her hands to rub the oil in, not a real massage 2. I did a 90min combo, 60 body and 30 foot. 60 min usually is mean to be full body, with head and legs. But when I was done, realize it was just 60 mins back, with a few mins on arms and hands (saddest hand massage ever), and then the foot was just ok. 3. When time is up, she mumbled something and left. I thought she was going to come back so waited abs the realize she wasn’t. There was no “closure”, no thank you or your done. Just time is...
